Yes. New clients are typically asked to complete an initial consultation before treatment so we can review your goals, health history, and determine the most appropriate service for your needs.
Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount varies by service and will be applied toward your total cost.
We understand life happens! You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

You’re welcome to bring one guest for moral support, but please note that treatment rooms are reserved for clients and medical personnel only.
