Booking and Consultations

  • You can schedule your appointment directly online through our booking system. Simply choose your service, provider, and preferred date/time and complete the required consent forms.

  • Yes. New clients are typically asked to complete an initial consultation before treatment so we can review your goals, health history, and determine the most appropriate service for your needs.

  • Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount varies by service and will be applied toward your total cost.

  • We understand life happens! You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

During Your Appointment

  • At your first visit, you’ll meet with your provider to discuss your goals, review your intake information, and go over any recommended services. We’ll answer your questions and make sure you feel informed and comfortable before moving forward.

  • Appointment times vary by service. Most treatments take between 30–60 minutes, while consultations and combined services may take longer.

  • Most treatments are quick with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime. You may experience temporary redness, swelling, or tenderness depending on the service.

  • You’re welcome to bring one guest for moral support, but please note that treatment rooms are reserved for clients and medical personnel only.

After Your Appointment

  • Aftercare instructions are provided following every service, either verbally, in writing, or by email. Following these instructions carefully can help support the best possible experience and results.

  • Results vary depending on the service and your individual treatment plan. Some clients notice changes quickly, while other services may deliver more gradual results over time. Your provider will discuss what to expect during your appointment.

Payments and Policies

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of service.
