Keri Daniel is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in medical weight management, wellness, and aesthetic services. Her clinical background also includes telemetry, internal medicine, and occupational health. Keri proudly served more than 23 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, bringing the same discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence into her practice today. At Good Shots Med Spa, she is dedicated to delivering safe, effective treatments tailored to each client’s goals—because great results start with trust, expertise, and personalized care.

Deirdra “Dee” McLaughlin, BSN, RN

Dee has been a registered nurse since 2012 and brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience to the Good Shots Med Spa team. Her nursing background includes gynecology, internal medicine, and case management, where she developed a strong commitment to patient advocacy, education, and personalized care.

Throughout her career, Deirdra has found the greatest fulfillment in helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals. She is passionate about supporting clients on their journey to feeling healthier, more confident, and empowered in their everyday lives.

Outside of work, Deirdra enjoys reading, crocheting, traveling, and unwinding with a good true crime series.

McKindria Letsinger, BSN, RN

McKindria J. Letsinger, RN, is an experienced registered nurse with over a decade of clinical expertise spanning critical care, occupational health, pediatrics, and home health. She currently serves as a Clinical Nurse with the Defense Intelligence Agency, where she provides comprehensive care with a strong focus on health promotion and wellness.

Known for her leadership and clinical excellence, McKindria brings a high level of skill in patient assessment, care planning, immunizations, and emergency response.

McKindria is deeply passionate about patient advocacy and education, and is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that empowers clients to look and feel their best.

Lyris Brown, BSN, RN

Lyris B., BSN, RN, is a Towson University graduate and experienced registered nurse currently practicing on a mother-baby unit at a local hospital. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she blends clinical expertise with a refined passion for aesthetics. Lyris is dedicated to delivering personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while supporting each client’s overall wellness and confidence.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and traveling, always seeking new experiences and inspiration.

Naylia Muhammed, BSN, RN

Naylia is a registered nurse and Prince George’s County native with a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Biology from North Carolina A&T State University and later completed a second degree in Nursing at George Washington University.

Naylia brings over three years of nursing experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, along with additional experience in Labor and Delivery, where precision, attention to detail, and clinical excellence are essential. She is now expanding her expertise into medical spa services, where she is passionate about helping clients feel healthier, more confident, and empowered in their own skin.

Outside of work, Naylia enjoys reading—especially romantasy novels.

Mary Santos, Executive Assistant

With a background in Nursing and Accounting, Mary brings both compassion and attention-to-detail to her work. She has been working alongside Keri since 2022 and is passionate about helping others. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and relaxing by the beach.
